New Horizon Technology began in 2005, building carrier class international voice network for international voice wholesale.  We sold voice minutes to global carriers and to members of Arbinet, the world's largest marketplace for communications trading.  Our goal is to deliver higher standards for our partner telco/PSTN, or in-country telephone company, and help expand their network and relationship with global telephone carriers by marketing the voice network access to those carrier buyers. Most of New Horizon network is built on the IP centric design.

Our key executives bring over 50 combined years in telecommunications and technology experiences as well as 20 combined years in the global conferencing industry.

In 2008, New Horizon Technology, embarked on delivering bundled services to impact small to mid-sized level businesses (SMB).  The Internet and IP (Internet Protocol) technology truly binds telecommunications services which can deliver significant efficiency, capability and increased productivity for the end-user of the SMB market.  Even a SOHO (Single-Office Home-Office) business owner can have services usually affordable to that of a large corporation, by leveraging the Hosted IP telephony solutions such as Unified Messaging, Virtual Fax, email, voicemail, and auto attendant.
